In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of the top business apps in Saudi Arabia on a unified platform displayed diverse trends in downloads and active user engagement, as reported by Sensor Tower.

GOSI saw a strong start with weekly downloads peaking at about 72.7K in early February. However, there was a noticeable decline towards the end of March, ending with approximately 24.9K downloads. Active user numbers increased significantly, reaching a high of 526.9K in mid-February, before settling at 363K by the end of the quarter.

The Najiz | ناجز app experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting from around 54.2K in early January to 22.3K by the end of March. Active users also followed a downward trend, beginning at 293.8K and decreasing to 223K over the quarter.

Microsoft Teams had a mixed performance, with downloads fluctuating throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads peaked at 83.9K in early March but dropped significantly to 15.3K by the end of the quarter. Despite this, active users remained relatively stable, starting at 2.59M and ending at 1.65M.

For Zoom Workplace, revenue showed some variability, with a peak of $13.9K in late February. Downloads were highest in early March at 42.9K, and active user numbers peaked at 3.47M but decreased to 1.88M by the quarter's end.

Finally, alkahraba had a noteworthy surge in downloads in mid-February, reaching 97.6K. Active users also increased significantly, peaking at 1.3M in late February before stabilizing around 814.7K by the end of March.
